Indunorm Hydraulik GmbH is a leading German system supplier of hydraulic hoses and fittings for replacement needs and for small and medium-sized original equipment. As a specialist for system solutions in high-pressure joining technology, we have been a reliable partner for more than 40 years for quality-oriented customers from hydraulic service companies, the technical trade and all important branches of industry In addition to our more than 13,000 stock-guided articles, we develop innovative solutions for special problems in high-pressure joining technology in our own testing and development department. The company collects, processes and uses personal data exclusively for the fulfilment or preparation of contracts, for compliance with legal obligations or with the consent of the data subject.

The relevant data includes all personal data which are necessary for the fulfilment of the respective purpose.

 

Legal basis

The legal basis for the implementation of the named procedures is defined in the EU DSGVO and, if applicable, in the respective national data protection laws, in Germany in the BDSG. Articles 4 to 7 of the EU DSGVO should be mentioned in particular. Article 4 EU DSGMO defines the definitions and refers to recitals 26-37.

Should processing become necessary under Article 6(1)(f), this shall be done exclusively for the conclusion or performance of contracts - insofar as the legitimate interest of the data subject does not conflict with this - taking into account all data protection requirements. When weighing up the interests of those affected and the parties to the contract, a strict standard is always applied in favour of the person affected.

 

Potential recipients for data transmission

The potential recipients of personal data transmitted are

  • public authorities, insofar as a statutory obligation exists,
  • service providers and other business partners as far as it is necessary for the fulfilment of the respective purpose and a legal regulation allows or requires this or the person concerned has consented.

A further passing on of personal data is not intended and will therefore not take place.

 

Planned data transfer to third countries

If data transmissions to third countries become necessary, this shall only take place for the conclusion or fulfilment of contracts - insofar as the legitimate interest of the data subject does not conflict with this - taking into account all data protection requirements. Standard periods for the deletion of data
Personal data will be deleted in accordance with the applicable legal or contractual regulations for data deletion, taking into account statutory or contractual retention obligations. The deletion of personal data, which are not subject to any legal or contractual obligation to store or delete, takes place immediately after they have become dispensable for the fulfilment of the respective purpose.

Right to information, correction and deletion

If you send us enquiries using the contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
The data entered in the contact form is therefore processed exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DSGVO). You can revoke this consent at any time. All you need to do is send us an informal e-mail. The legality of the data processing processes carried out up to the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.
The data entered by you in the contact form will remain with us until you request us to delete, your consent for storage revoked or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

 

5. Analysis tools and advertising

Google reCAPTCHA

We use "Google reCAPTCHA" (hereinafter "reCAPTCHA") on our websites. Provider is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA ("Google").

With reCAPTCHA it should be checked whether the data entry on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is done by a human being or by an automated program. For this reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the web site visitor on the basis different characteristics. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For analysis reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, time the website visitor stays on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Visitors to the website are not informed that an analysis is taking place. Data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting his website offers against abusive automated spying and SPAM.
